Starting from the port in Prien/Stock, you and your group will take a leisurely ride across Lake Chiemsee and, along the way, learn interesting and curious facts about natural connections, the formation of the lake, its disappearance and historical events that have moved Lake Chiemsee and its inhabitants through the centuries.

Affectionately known as the "Bavarian Sea", Lake Chiemsee is the largest lake in Bavaria. Its area is 80 square kilometers, its circumference is about 64 km and the greatest depth is 73.4 m.

The Wendelstein - Bavarian parade summit and adventure mountain

Located in the eastern Mangfall Mountains, the striking Wendelstein towers at 1838 meters above the peaks of its neighboring mountains. This enables a wide view of all adjacent areas.

The highest church in Germany, the Geo-Park, the ice cave, the beautiful viewing platform, a newly designed playground and the excellent gastronomy make the Wendelstein a very special destination.

The 1838 meter high Wendelstein can be easily reached by cog railway and cable car.

At the mountain station itself are the Wendelsteinhaus, the Wendelsteinkircherl, the "Gacher Blick" viewing platform (overview of around 200 mountain peaks) and the Wendelstein Cave.

The summit, which is 100 meters higher, can be reached via the summit path (serpentines and stairs, well-secured path). There is the summit cross, the Wendelin chapel and the observatory.
